 Enables the radio to produce the HiLo and / or Airhorn Siren tones. The radio-user is then able to initiate these tones with the Hi / Lo button-press, Direct Hi / Lo button-press, and Airhorn button-press.

 When disabled, the HiLo and Airhorn Siren Tones cannot be produced.
